MyFitness Pal

While most of the apps on this list provide some option for food logging, MyFitnessPal is one of our favorite apps for tracking your diet and nutrition. MyFitnessPal provides a free calorie counter, diet and exercise journal. However, what we love most about MyFitnessPal, is they aim to not just provide help with weight loss (if that’s your goal), but help you in making informed decisions about the food you eat.
