A tree has three aspects to it, which can also be compared as three aspects of human life <ol><li>Roots- Compared to our spirituality and Inner work and inner being. The most important aspect is that roots are not seen by our eyes</li><li>Trunk- Compared to our physical and emotional well-being.</li><li>Crown- Compared to our contribution to the world </li></ol>

The Tree of Life

<ul><li dir = "auto">The trunk can stand strong and stable only when the roots are deep and strong.</li><li dir = "auto">If roots are not strong enough then the trunk becomes dodgy and unbalanced, a cyclone can shake it sometimes even uproot it from the very core.</li></ul><ins>How to Develop</ins><ins>"</ins><ins>TRUNK=Emotional well being</ins><ins>"</ins><ol><li>By <ins>strengthening our roots.</ins></li><li>Do not give the remote control of your emotion to someone else.</li><li>Have the guts to take the control of your emotions in your own hand. If the world says good about you accept the appreciation, if they trash you it's also fine it is their opinion, it's the way they think.</li></ol>

Trunk

<ul><li>The Crown is the place where fruits, flowers, and leaf come</li><li>All these fruits, flowers, leaves are for others, the shade that the crown of the tree gives is for others.</li><li>Each of us in our own way must learn how to contribute like the crown of the tree.</li></ul>

Crown

<ul><li>A healthy tree has healthy roots, the deeper is the roots the stronger is the roots the tree stands strong in storms, the roots are not seen by our eyes.</li><li>Our achievements, success, money are seen by people, what is not seen in the eyes of people is our roots, our inner spiritual development.</li><li>We have to make our spiritual development and spiritual growth strong so that the storms of life do not get over us and do not pull us down.</li></ul>How to Develop our ROOTSThe roots are developed by connection to ourselves, connection to divinity by doing mediation, yoga, eating healthy, reading good books.
