Negative feelings that come up during the conflict need to be confronted. If they have not been fully worked out they need to be brought up again. 

If this is not done effectively in the beginning things may look like they are sorted out only to resurface sometime later.

If there were people laid down in a parallel nature, and it’s not the kind of the nature we live now, and look at us from there, then the circumstances here are also considered a parallel reality, we are in a parallel nature. But the real life is only at current state, not the other side.

People meditate, not out of obligation or a hope that it will be helpful. They meditate because it creates very visible, very real positive changes in their lives.
