any amount of food. Herbs on the windowsill, potatoes in the community garden down the road; anywhere is better than nowhere, and better spots will open up once you start connecting with the plants.

2. Grow Something

If you can find opportunities to build compost, spread mulch, and plant cover crops, prioritize it. If you don't have access to land, make a tiny worm bin and use the castings in your house plants. Whatever situation you're in now, these skills will always be important, so make a point to go out and do soil building activities wherever you can, and learn about the life in the soil and how you can help it to thrive.

3. Build Soil

Every ecological system is in a relationship with water, and so are you. Start practicing ways to catch, clean, conserve, direct, and protect water, in your home and garden and also in your larger bioregion.

4.Focus on the Water

Make time every day to look deeply
 into your surroundings, and learn to recognize patterns and relationships between the living systems around you. See the world through the eyes of other species, and empathize.

5.Observe Patterns in Nature

Make notes about the patterns you see. Keep a garden journal. Write stories about your experiences. Document species and varieties and anomalies. Make charts and lists and mindmaps. Do all of the above or just a few, but the more you write, the more you will learn, and the better you will be able to share what you learn with others.

Harvest comes in many forms, including
 feedback from the humans and other species in your system. Feedback, of both positive and negative types, is a designer's most valuable tool. Tune in, capture the data, get your ego out of the way, and constantly adjust your strategies and perspectives,based on what you learn from feedback.

No writings by the movement's founder, Leucippus, have survived, and we have just a few fragments of the writings of Democritus in secondhand reports, sometimes unreliable or conflicting. Moving the furniture can give you a boost of energy for a few days. You will feel more inspired and spark stunning ideas.But you can’t move the furniture every week. I agree. And you will have better ones.

Listen to what they have to say. You never know where the next idea will come from.

When I started writing online, I had no clue what an article meant.I loved to write. And I loved to read articles on Medium. But I never thought about writing mine. So, I did this exercise where I copied others’ articles to learn how to write one.Later on, I tried to improve them. I picked the best articles and searched for their mistakes or weak points. And that helped me find new ideas for my content.So, improve other’s work. You will find more ideas for yours.

6 – Improve others’ ideas.

How can you find new ideas if you do not search for them?Creativity requires a constant input of new experiences. And when you exit your comfort zone, the effect is even better.So, get out of the house to become more creative. Meet people. Do new things. And then think about those things and what they taught you.

Stress is the worst enemy of creativity. And to remove stress, you must take care of your mental health.A few years ago, I was broken – without any friends or love. And I couldn’t think about anything else than my situation.Yet, you can’t spark new ideas in this mental state. Do therapy if you can’t do it alone. You must be in good mental shape to spark stunning ideas.

I wasn’t kidding when I told you a happy life would make you more creative. It does. But a happy life requires a lot of optimism.I always thought negativity was not worth my time. But we often get sucked into its cycle and can’t escape it. 9 – Be optimistic and reflect on your feelings.

Creativity is a skill you can use in many ways. But you have to unlock it first. Therefore, this week, focus on it.Do something new. Get to know new people. Build a second brain.
