Do everything in order to show something to someone, and I don't mean to show your best friend something. I mean to show your outfit, what you're doing at the moment, your pictures, and even your private life, for example, on your Instagram stories.
Once, I heard one of my friends saying, 'I don't want to show other people my life; I just want to maintain a diary of my life.' But you can have a diary without showing the world your life. Many people don't realize what the reality is. The reality is that we unconsciously fall into an addiction.

The Need To Be Seen

It often happens that when you start posting and scrolling on social media, it becomes an addiction and a 'need' to satisfy every day. Soon, it will start to dominate your life and your mind.
You may not want to delete it because you won't be able to stay updated on what other people are doing and the news from the 'outside world.

Saying "Fake Identity" is probably an exaggeration, but it's true that many people show the best part of them, and maybe it's not even real. Maybe they're not satisfied in that moment, but is important to post something beautiful to see, because real feelings sometimes cannot be shown
🧠❗(I was getting into the role, because of course it's important to understand and feel the feelings even if they're "bad", like sadness, angry, pain ecc).

Fake Identities

If you're in the loop, you don't realize how bad it can become, and some people don't want to accept that this could also lead to dangerous consequences. For example:

<li>Difficulty in making decisions and thinking for yourself</li>
<li>Inability to form your own opinions</li>
<li>Insecurity (due to beauty standards, for example)</li>

I've heard many people say things like, 'Okay, social media is dangerous, and we need to do something to change this situation,' but then they didn't take any action.

Bad Consequences

I think so. For example, there are many social accounts where we can learn about places in the world, literature, philosophy, science, and more. Or we can follow in the footsteps of those who truly have an enlightened point of view or a particular way of thinking.

Are There Any Pros About Using Social Media?

I deleted Instagram three months ago after using it three times a week for a year. I have no regrets about this decision because I've become aware of the potential long-term consequences on my skin.
I don't think social media is inherently bad. They can be used with the awareness that what you see there is not always true.

Spending time alone to think about your feelings, ideas, problems, friends ecc... is an opportunity to know yourself better. For many of us is difficult to be alone, because of social media addiction and the urge of being always in touch with somebody. Today staying alone is not well seen by our society, a society understood as common thoughts and behaviors.

I think I've always been introverted and I've always liked spending time alone doing what I love. Sometimes is hard because of too many thoughts, but I'm learning to listen them and understand what my mind is trying to tell me. I write my thoughts and I read them to join my unconscious.

The art of being alone

C. G. Jung described Shadow as the unconscious part of human personality the Ego doesn't want to recognise as part of himself, even of it's probably the most important part of ourself.Shadow usually manifest herself at night, in dreams, and in behaviors called projections (I summarise what projection is in my first publication). Personally I often "feel" her when I have some imperceptible thoughts during my daily activities, and knowing myself better thanks to a psychologist is helping me to talk and understand my unconscious mind.

I like to call her Shadow like I call my friends with their names. It's part of every person in this world, even if a lot of people think they haven't a hidden, unconscious mind which rules their life until they come into contact with her to find out who they really are.No I'm not crazy when I say that you have to talk with your Shadow, but mainly you have to hear without judging what she say. Our Ego, the conscious mind, work to hide a lot of thoughts, ideas, behaviors and other things that he doesn't like just because he have to mantein an ideal imagine of himself, of how other see us.

What Is Shadow?

Here are some thoughts I'm working with, which are also common in many people.- traumas or very painful situations 😖- behaviours you had in past time you don't want to remind 🫣- behaviors you notice in others which annoy you (projections) 😒. They are simply reflections of YOUR personality that your Ego doesn't want to admit to be real.

Examples 

For a better life, first of all it's important to know ourrself and agree to be who you are, and make peace with parts of us we don't like recognising and understanding them (and eventually talking to your Shadow🗣️)If you let your unconscious do the work for you, probably you will ruin a lot of relationships because of your wrong behaviors. That's an invitations to discover yourself, and yes also a judgement to make you understand that the simplest roads are not the best (in this case the simplest read is not to make an effort, listen and work on something you won't like).

And finally they get destroyed by this "unreachable" that has a different meaning for every man. Like captain Achab, who died because of the big white whale, Moby Dick, his only purpose since the ship left Nuntacket's harbour. He obsessively follow the whale to have his revenge (Moby Dick ate his leg during a previous hant), and he spent his entire life thinking about his revenge without living a real and full life.

Toxic People To Avoid

Some people can't go long without complaining about something or someone. While everyone complains sometimes, it's important to find a solution for the problem. Often, the real problem is within our minds, not outside. If you spend too much time complaining, it's because you see yourself as a victim, not as the person who can change your situation.

When we have to deal with people who complain too much, our energy drops quickly. We try to help them or understand their situation, or it's because we are near a low-mood person. But the truth is that only they can change the situation.
Our way of seeing and dealing with the world reflects our internal world.

Everyone has narcissistic traits, which are part of being human. However, some people consistently manifest these traits in each "friendship" and relationship. These people have very low self-esteem but act like they're better than anyone else. It's a mental disorder, and while I'm not a psychologist, you can research online for the main traits and causes of this disorder.

<li>The person lacks empathy and acts/reacts as if they're better than everyone.</li>
<li>They seek admiration and compliments, becoming annoyed if they don't receive enough attention.</li>
<li>They have very low self-esteem and get angry or annoyed when discussing something they don't want to reveal.</li>
<li>Being around these people makes you feel stupid or blamed.</li>
<li>Even in a "good" relationship, you might occasionally sense some of these feelings, but they become very noticeable if the relationship is toxic. </li>
</ul>
(Remember that difficult moments don't necessarily indicate a toxic personality; someone might be reacting due to a sensitive situation.)

They ask for favors and get angry or annoyed if you don't meet their needs. This is a typical trait of narcissistic personality, and some people only engage with you to ask for favors. They don't give anything in return and don't care about you; they focus solely on their needs and problems.

Manipulative Ones

Dramatic people see themselves as the main victim of every situation. Everything goes wrong, they suffer, and nobody helps them. Even the smallest things can become tragedies. 
They view the world negatively and believe their lives are terrible, assuming they can't change anything.
