Be awkward by being quiet because I don't know how to speak. A deeper struggle with speaking might come from a few reasons:1. Fear of not being understood2. Overthinking every word3. Fear of judgment4. Not knowing how to start5. Exhaustion from talking6. Fear of saying the wrong thing7. Unnatural feeling of opening up8. Pressure to sound smart or interesting

Be awkward by being quiet

You might worry that if you talk, people won’t get what you mean, or worse, they’ll misunderstand you. This fear can make it hard to speak up, leaving you in silence instead.

1. Fear of not being understood

Sometimes, the pressure to say something perfect or meaningful causes overthinking. You get stuck in your head, wondering if the next thing you say will be good enough, and that can stop you from talking altogether

2. Overthinking every word

You may be afraid that people will judge you based on what you say, whether it’s about sounding awkward or saying something that might make you look bad. So, you choose silence to avoid that discomfort.
