- Discover how thoughts and strong emotions can alter your experience. - Provoke a negative thought and see what happens. - Learn how to change the feeling tone of experience.- Feel compassion for your self, for your loved ones, and for the people who have wronged you or are in disagreement with. - Learn to accept things as they are and gain freedom in each moment.

- Explore your awareness of sensations, and notice how they arise and pass away. - Notice how thoughts, sensations and sounds appear all on their own. - Consider the possibility that there is no "you" in the center of experience- Practice with your eyes open and drop and identification with thought.- Notice the feeling of being inside your own head, and see if that's truly your point of view. - Connect with all sensations and practice choiceless awareness.

AL MUHAYMIN, ٱلْمُهَيْمِنُ

Translates as 'The Most Mighty'He is the one who is most powerful and strong. He is the conqueror that is never conquered and never harmed. This is because His strength, glory, and power are overwhelming, and cannot be overcome or resisted. He is the only one with complete mastery over all creation.He exercises his unchallenged power with utmost kindness, justice and forgiveness. Those of us whom Allah has blessed with some authority should strive to imbue this trait. Since Allah alone enjoys all power and might, we must turn only to Him for all help.

AL AZIZ, ٱلْعَزِيزُ

Translates as 'The Overpowering, The Restorer, The Repairer'.Allah salvages us in our crisis and comforts and consoles us in our loss and sorrow. Moreover, it is He Who enables us to see and follow the straight way which will accrue success to us in this world and the next.We understand that He is the one who elevated our rank.
